Fast becoming a Bristol family Christmas tradition, this bite-sized family-friendly introduction to Handel’s Messiah returns for its fourth annual outing, serving up a condensed performance of Handel’s masterpiece taking in some of the favourite highlights in under an hour.

With large choir (Bristol Choral Society), vocal soloists and the delightful playing of the superb orchestra Music for Awhile (playing on period instruments), expect any child to be mesmerized by the sounds created live right before them and enthralled by the music of some of the favourite numbers from Handel’s Messiah, including, of course, the most famous of them all – the ‘Hallelujah’ chorus.

The perfect start to any family Christmas!
